Intro to Week 8

 

This week we look at exercises that can help with the transition phase of the golf swing.  This is the phase from the backswing towards impact.  The core or trunk is extremely important in this phase. Having strength and stability in this region as well as in the hips/pelvis can help to develop and effectively direct the forces through the kinetic chain from the floor to the hands and club head.
