Intro to Week 6

 

This week we will be intrducing the kettlebell.  When used safely and correctly, kettle bells are excellent pieces of equipment for golfers that provide multiple exercise options and have great carry over to the requirements of the golf swing.

Pre-Session: Warm Up

 

Week 6 – Lower Limb: Hip Hinge

 

Week 6 – Upper Limb: Chest Press

 

Week 6 – Mobility: Deep Squat

 

Week 6 – Combined: Kettlebell Swing
