Week 1

Intro to Week 1

 

This is week 1 of the 10 week plan. We introduce the warm up and body weight exercises. A warm up should always be carried out before you start to exercise or play golf. Body weight only exercises are a great way to work out if you don’t have any equipment or are learning new movements and can be very demanding. Concentrate on performing the exercises correctly and under control and only progress to the harder options if you are capable and can easily complete the easiest option.
